Being in Laos made me want to travel the world even more, to see and explore.

The following blog is very structured and technical. This Chef tries to use every aspect of the spectrum to perfect his dish and is very thorough with his notes and experiences about these experiments. But it doesn't stop there. The breakdown of each experiment with different items and the exact process of how to make it the best, and by having the multiple pictures is what captured me. This gives me visualization of what and how the blogger is doing.
Although it is very thorough, his philosophy is about using science to unravel and dissect the dish. It also seems as if he just picks random items and recipes. But I just want to explore different ingredients and cooking methods to create the best of my childhood favorites.
